I feel like I can't lose weight! Therefore, I have decided to intensify my diet a bit.
Here's my plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast- 1 banana (100 kcal)
Lunch- Porridge (175 kcal)
Dinner- 1 goguma (130kcal)
Plus 1-2 unsweetened americanos depending on how tired I am in the morning, and plenty of unsweetened tea and water! If all goes well, I will finally be able to start losing weight again...
Now that I've posted this, I can't go back and change what I will eat! XD so wish me luck~
Off to the gym~

Spending time out in Seoul...
Last night for dinner ended up being ShabuShabu. Not a bad way to end the night, and I think I ate 2 slices of meat accompanied by a huge amount of vegetables, so it was pretty healthy.... The night actually ended with frozen yogurt, but it's not the worst thing in the world and the rest of my day had gone pretty well so... you win some and you lose some ^^;
Today started off pretty good with resisting the urge to get brunch with my boyfriend and instead going for sushi. It was delicious! After we ate, we went over to Namsan and did some sightseeing. Dinner was 닭볶음탕, which is a spicy chicken stew with delicious chunks of vegetables in it. Not a horrible day, but not the best one either. I've noticed that it is a bit difficult to eat low calorie when eating out in Korea... and even if eating in, it is difficult to find low calorie foods to purchase!
I will update again soon!

5 Months later... 10 pounds...
I used to be overweight. I was 5 foot 4 and 150 pounds when I was in middle school. I don't know exactly when I decided to make a change. Every day I lived ashamed of who I was, and at some point I just realized that I could make myself into someone else.
When I was 16, I weighed about 125 pounds.... I was stuck at that weight for a while, but then halfway through my senior year of high school something changed. The summer after I graduated high school was the happiest time of my life. I weighed 107 pounds, and was completely confident with myself. When I went to college I fluctuated between about 109 and 112 pounds, but the next summer I once again went down to 107. I loved being that weight. I felt like I could do anything; that I had found my key to happiness.
Then, I went to study abroad in Korea.
I gained 10 pounds.
There have been a few times that I overate, but it doesn't happen often. I eat low calorie foods, but it doesn't help. I can't exercise for the sake of it, I need to enjoy what I'm doing... but I didn't have the money to continue the dance classes I took when I first came here, and although in summer and fall I was able to walk around the city for hours, Seoul has an unforgiving winter. I have no access to a kitchen, so I am left with the option of eating out...
I decided to make a change one more time.
I will lose those 10 pounds. Please join me through this journey.
Food stats for today:
